In a final attempt to preserve the natural world from complete annihilation, the last remaining druids gathered at the heart of the Blighted Grove to perform a powerful ritual called the Last Breath of the Green. Their magic sacrificed their lives to create a hidden sanctuary deep within the corrupted forest. This sanctuary, known as the Emerald Veil, became a protected haven where life continued to flourish, untouched by Malachor’s influence. Though small and nearly impossible to find, the Emerald Veil represented the last refuge of Thaloria’s original, untarnished beauty.
