In the closing years of the century, a covert alliance of mystics, scholars, and clerics formed the Moonstone Pact with the goal of preserving sacred artifacts and old magic from Malachor’s reach. This pact operated in extreme secrecy, hiding objects and knowledge from Malachor’s enforcers. They hoped these relics would one day be used to reclaim Thaloria. The Moonstone Pact grew into an underground network dedicated to concealing remnants of Thaloria’s lost power, waiting for a time when they might resurface to fight the dark ruler’s influence.
