Druidic factions, still discontented with the arcane manipulation of the natural world, launched a series of coordinated revolts known as the Verdant Insurrection. Led by radical nature-priests and allied with rebellious halfling clans, they targeted leyline fortresses and enchanted cities, attempting to reclaim sacred sites. This insurrection was met with fierce resistance, especially from the Obsidian Order, which deployed its most elite spell-weavers to quell the uprising. The insurrection deepened the divide between nature-aligned magic and arcane dominance.
