The Fracture of the Ivory Circle

The Ivory Circle, long the bastion of arcane oversight, experienced a monumental internal schism. A faction within the Circle, known as the Crimson Hand, sought to challenge the traditionalist stance of the leadership, advocating for more aggressive and unrestricted use of arcane power. This Fracture weakened the Circle’s authority and sowed confusion among those who looked to them for guidance, setting off a wave of smaller breakaway groups that further splintered arcane governance in Thaloria.
