A mystical event called the Cerulean Dreamfall swept over Thaloria, in which dragons and kobolds experienced shared dreams filled with visions of a new, uncharted land and strange celestial events. These dreams spoke of both hope and danger, igniting discussions about Thaloria’s destiny and potential challenges that awaited in the Third Age. The Order of the Eternal Flame took on the role of interpreting these visions, providing guidance and reassurance to the realm.
