The Gathering of the Unified Flame

Out of the chaos, Nymiria rallied the survivors of Aeloria, the elemental courts, and other scattered Primarin tribes in what became known as The Gathering of the Unified Flame. This gathering forged a coalition with the aim of containing the spread of the Hollow Flame and reclaiming control over Thaloria's most volatile regions. It was during this time that the Council of Embers, a body of mixed elemental and mortal leaders, was formed, representing the first true cooperative governing entity in the realm.
