The Battle of the Ember Cradle

First Age (1870)

Ignarok, the Ember Wyrm, returned from a centuries-long slumber, challenging Pyros' reign. Their battle at Ember Cradle, a volcanic heartland, was so fierce it reshaped the landscape into a series of flaming chasms and magma-falls. Pyros ultimately triumphed but at great cost, sustaining injuries that left him dormant for centuries and giving other Archons an opportunity to expand their influence.
