The Veilfire Council

Following the Magma Behemoth's defeat, Kelana, the revered Veilfire Oracle, gathered elemental leaders and Primarin chieftains to form the Veilfire Council. This council acted as a governing body that mediated disputes and oversaw cooperative efforts among elemental courts and tribes. The Veilfire Council's creation marked the transition from elemental dominance to shared leadership, laying the foundation for Thaloria's first form of governance that included sentient beings of mixed heritage.
