As Malachor solidified his rule, he summoned a council of powerful abyssal entities, undead lords, and outsider champions to devise strategies for fully subjugating Thaloria. This gathering, known as the Abyssal Conclave, marked a turning point in Malachor's reign, as he appointed new generals and established harsh laws to crush any remaining resistance. The Conclave's decisions led to a brutal crackdown on rebellion, creating a climate of fear and despair that deepened Malachor's grip on the land.
