Elf

Elves are a mystical people, deeply intertwined with the world's magical forces and primordial nature. They emerged in the Third Age, born from the world's remaining arcane energy after the elemental and draconic eras had passed. Their presence marked the dawn of magic-driven civilization, and their mastery of arcane arts and nature-based magic has only deepened over millennia.

Known for their long lives, mystical wisdom, and unmatched elegance, elves are often seen as guardians of magical secrets, keepers of ancient forests, and protectors of the world's balance. While their societies value art, learning, and mystical refinement, elves are also fierce defenders of their sacred lands and ancestral oaths.

Elves are tall, slender, and graceful, standing between five-and-a-half and six-and-a-half feet tall. Their skin tones vary from pale moonlight silver to bronzed forest hues, often shimmering faintly with arcane light or natural radiance. Their hair colors range from starlit white and golden blond to deep green or midnight black, reflecting their connection to magic and the environment. Eyes shine like glowing gemstones, often in emerald green, sapphire blue, or amber gold, symbolizing their mystical heritage. Legends state that elves do not need sleep, butrather fall into a trancelike meditation; there is, however, no truth to these beliefs. Elves sleep just as other mortal races do.

Elves remain guardians of magic, knowledge, and balance in Thaloria, playing a pivotal role in the preservation of ancient magical sites, forgotten relics, and the world's natural beauty. Their influence is deep and far-reaching, and though the gods have withdrawn, elves continue to shape destiny as eternal guides, unseen watchers, and reluctant heroes, knowing that even in an age of mortal dominion, magic endures.
